Many of these are school teachers, some are undergraduates, others are drawn from all walks of life; lawyers, doctors, graphic designers… to name a few! This broad range of leaders that includes a mixture of youth and experience alongside a high ratio of leaders to young people helps us provide a really good holiday for all who come. Because of our focus on leadership development, we hold regular conferences and events ahead of the main summer holidays. We ensure that leaders are well trained for all the activities on our holidays.

All our Staff Team and Leaders have an Enhanced Disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly the Criminal Records Bureau) and we take up additional references to ensure their suitability for the work.
